“I first had the opportunity of working with Brian as an insurance defense attorney. I hired him on several occasions to assist me in defending allegations of construction defect brought against my client. Brian always seemed available and always seemed to have the answer to my question. If ever there was a question to which he wasn’t able to immediately respond, his turnaround time was always reasonable (if not unexpectedly fast). His knowledge of the applicable building codes is unprecedented.
I recently shifted my practice from defending construction defect claims to bringing personal injury claims on behalf of injured persons. Brian continues to be my “go-to” expert when it comes to all issues pertaining to the building code and the standards applicable to a building or project. I have called him on several occasions to assist me in this regard.
In total, I have worked with Brian on approximately 10 different matters and always have found him to be experienced and knowledgeable, punctual, and responsive to my inquiries.
I’ll note too, from a personal perspective, that Brian is genuinely a nice guy and he holds high personal standards and is a man of integrity. I would not hesitate to call upon Brian in the future or to refer my colleagues (both plaintiff and defendant alike) to him for similar matters.”
